This article brings abour perspectives on feminism from Latin America. The author starts with from the recognition that a lot of the feminism is imported from the United States and from Europe and thus recognises and advocates for local perspectives on feminism. The author points out to a few of the rich contributions made by LAC feminist scholars which may benefit all and include narratives at the nexus of class, ethnicity, gender, religion and local cultural contexts.
