Jose Chacon is an expert on international development and works in Central America with local organizations focusing on public policy on risk manegement. He also gives support to national NGOs and local organizations capacity building on risk management.

Princy Yesudian is a demographer from India, currently working at the International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai, India.
Currently she is also pursuing a doctoral research (PhD) in labour studies at Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics (GIPE), Pune, India.
Her areas of interest are gender, reproductive health, and labour economics.
She has volunteered to translate GDN resources in Tamil.
